Mr. Fiset completed university studies in finance and has worked in the insolvency field since 1992. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). Over the years, he has successfully conducted many corporate restructurings in several different areas. He is also involved in all aspects of insolvency proceedings.

Mr. Picard has over 30 years of experience in the bankruptcy and insolvency field. He has held a trustee license since 1977. For many years, he worked as an associate for a national accounting firm. He has also conducted several mandates for the Superintendent of Bankruptcy on the rules and procedures of the BIA. He therefore brings extensive experience and in-depth knowledge to the firm.

Mr. Villeneuve graduated from Laval University in administration in 1999. He continued his training and became a certified management accountant (CMA) in 2001. Mr. Villeneuve has 9 years experience in the insolvency field and specializes in corporate proposals and bankruptcy. M. Villeneuve is the holder of a trustee licence since July 2007.

Mr. Thibault has held a trustee license since 2000. He is a member of CAIRP and has been working in the insolvency field for 15 years. He is in charge of the Montreal office and deals with all facets of both consumer and corporate insolvency and restructuring.

Mr. Delisle was president and administrator in the private sector for nearly 25 years, while also working in the insolvency area since 1980. He is a financial and restructuring advisor in the corporate field. As such, he has conducted management, administration and restructuring mandates for secured creditors, and is still practicing in this area today.

Mr. Van Houtte has held a Bachelor of Law since 1978. He has worked in the insolvency field since 1981. He is a member of CAIRP and deals with all aspects of insolvency and restructuring for consumers and corporations.
